周围神经减压术治疗枕大神经痛疗效分析

目的 探究分析周围神经减压术治疗枕大神经痛的疗效.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,分析2012年1月1日至2014年1月1日间收治的60例枕大神经痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同,将60例患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,实验组采用周围神经减压术,对照组采用药物治疗.结果 对照组患者治愈20例,缓解5例,则其治疗有效率为83.33％;实验组患者治愈26例,缓解3例,则其治疗有效率为96.67％;实验组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,对照组患者疼痛缓解时间为（10.4±2.6）h,而实验组患者疼痛于手术后立即消失.实验组的疼痛缓解时间明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,病情复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 周围神经减压术治疗枕大神经痛临床疗效显著,起效快,不良反应少,复发率低,安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广使用.

Analysis on efficacy of peripheral nerve decompression therapy in treatment for occipital neuralgia

Objective To explore the curative effect of decompression of peripheral nerve for the treatment of great occipital nerve neuralgia.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried in our hospital,the clinical data of 60 cases of greater occipital neuralgia patients from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,according to the different methods of treatment,60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,the experimental group used peripheral nerve decompression,control group was given drug therapy.Results In the control group,20 cases cured,remission in 5 cases,the cure rate was 83.33％; the experimental group had 26 patients cured,remission in 3 cases,with the cure rate of 96.67％; the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Pain relief time was （10.4 ± 2.6） h,while the the pain of experimental group patients immediately disappeared after the operation.The experimental group pain relief time was significantly less than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,the disease recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Decompression of peripheral nerve has significant curative effect in the treatment of great occipital neuralgia,with clinical quick effect,less adverse reaction,lower recurrence rate,and safe and reliable,which is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
