高效液相色谱法测定酮康唑曲安奈德乳膏中酮康唑含量

目的 建立测定酮康唑曲安奈德乳膏中酮康唑含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shimpack VP-ODSC 18,流动相为甲醇：pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液（80：20）,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为254 nm.结果 酮康唑检测质量浓度线性范围为19.34～116.10 μg·ml-1（r=0.9999）,平均回收率=100.29％,RSD=0.26％.结论 本法专属性好、准确、灵敏,可用于控制酮康唑曲安奈德乳膏的质量.

Determination of ketoconazole in ketoconazole and triamcinolone acetonide cream by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for determining the ketoconazole in ketoconazole and triamcinolone acetonide cream.Methods HPLC was adopted.The determination was performed on Shimpack VP-ODS C18 under the following conditions：the mobile phase was methanol and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer （80：20） ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1; and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The calibration curve of ketoconazole was linear within the concentration range of 19.34 ～ 116.10 μg · ml-1 （r=0.9999）,with an average recovery rate of 100.29%（RSD=0.26%）.Conclusions This method is specific,accurate,and sensitive and can be used to control the quality of ketoconazole and triamcinolone acetonide cream.
