新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨方法行胸腰椎骨折后固定的护理对策

目的 探究与分析新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折术后护理对策.方法 回顾性分析我院自2011年12月至2013年12月收治的60例患者的临床资料.按照错位就诊顺序分为基础护理组与综合护理组,观察两组患者经不同护理方式下的并发症与满意程度情况.结果 综合护理组出现穿刺处疼痛（6.67％）、针道感染（3.33％）及固定松动（6.67％）与基础护理组（分别为33.33％、30.00％、36.67％）相比,P＜0.05.综合护理组满意程度以上的人数有28例（93.33％）,基础护理组19例（63.33％）,两组相比,P＜ 0.05.结论 对行新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的患者采用综合护理可明显减少并发症的发生率,提高治疗安全性,加快康复进程,提高患者的满意程度,值得推广.

Nursing strategy after percutaneous external transpedicle fixation combined with vertebral screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture

Objective To explore nursing strategy after percutaneous external transpedicle fixation combined with vertebral screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into basic nursing group and comprehensive nursing group according to their diagnostic order.Compared complications and satisfaction rate in two groups.Results Incidences of puncture pain,stenttract infection and fixation loose in comprehensive nursing group were 6.67%,3.33% and 6.67%,those in basic nursing group were 33.33%,30.00% and 36.67%.Satisfaction rate in comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in basic nursing group （93.33% vs.63.33%,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing strategy in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture undergoing percutaneous external transpedicle fixation combined with vertebral screw can significantly decrease the occurrence of complication,improve treatment safety,and greatly shorten the recovery time,with high patients＇ satisfaction rate,worthy of promotion.
