持续蛛网膜下腔引流脑脊液治疗脑外科术后切口脑脊液漏分析

摘    要:目的 探究持续蛛网膜下腔引流脑脊液治疗脑外科术后切口脑脊液漏的临床效果.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,分析了我院在2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日间收治的108例经脑外科治疗术后切口发生脑脊液漏的患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同,将108例患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用持续蛛网膜下腔引流术,对照组采用漏口旁头皮下引流术.结果 实验组的治疗有效率与对照组相当(P>0.05),实验组治疗时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗过程中不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 持续蛛网膜下腔引流脑脊液治疗脑外科术后切口脑脊液漏的临床治愈率高,治疗时间短,病人痛苦小,且不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of continuous subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid drainage for cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients who were hospitalized into our hospital from January 1st,to December 31st,2013 and got cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The 108 patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group were treated with continuous subarachnoid drainage,the control group with drainage under the scalp.Results There was no statistical difference in treatment effect between the two groups(P 〉 0.05).The treatment time was significantly shorter and the incidence of adverse reaction was statistically lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Continuous subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid drainage for cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery has high clinical cure rate and short treatment time,makes the patients suffer less,lowers the incidence of adverse reactions,and is safe,reliable,and worth being clinically generalized.
