羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛患者的临床效果

目的 研究羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛患者的临床效果.方法 选择我院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的120例癌痛患者作为观察组,其中,中度癌痛患者59例,重度癌痛患者61例,均使用羟考酮缓释片治疗;同时选取使用硫酸吗啡缓释片进行治疗的102例中度和重度癌痛患者为对照组.以患者生活质量评分、镇痛的效果以及不良反应发生率作为指标对药物的效果进行评定.结果 观察组总有效率为89.2％,显著高于对照组的79.4％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;中度癌痛患者其总有效率91.8％,显著高于重度癌痛患者的79.7％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;经过治疗所有患者的生活质量评分均显著提高（P＜0.05）;与中度癌痛患者相比,重度癌痛患者生存质量评分提高更加显著（P＜0.05）;整个治疗期间所有患者均未发生不良反应.结论 羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛患者效果较好,特别是对中度癌痛的患者镇痛效果更好,而且能够有效改善重度癌痛患者的生存质量,值得临床借鉴和进一步推广.

Sustained release tablet of oxycodone for patients with moderate or severe cancer pain

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of sustained release tablet of oxycodone for patients with moderate or severe cancer pain.Methods 120 patients with cancer pain admitted into our hospital from June,2013 to June,2014 were selected as an observation group; among which,59 had moderate cancer pain,and 61 severe.All the patients were treated with sustained release tablet of oxycodone.102 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain treated with sustained release tablet of morphine sulfate during the same period were chosen as a control group.Life quality score,analgesic effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 89.2% in the observation group and was 79.4% in the control group,with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate was 91.8% in the patients with moderate cancer pain and was 79.7% the patients with severe cancer pain,with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.All the patient＇s life quality was improved（P 〈 0.05）,but was improved more in the patients with severe cancer pain than in the patients with moderate cancer pain （P 〈 0.05）.No patient occurred adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusions Sustained release tablet of oxycodone for patients with moderate or severe cancer pain has good effect,especially for moderate cancerpain.It can improve the life quality of patients with severe cancer pain and is worth being clinically generalized.
