| 摘 要： | 从洪湖县谷草粉尘及有呼吸道症状的患者痰中,分离培养出高温放线菌48株。其中4个代表菌株,分别在90只家兔肺内复制成典型的急、慢性“农民肺”病变。病兔血清中特异性循环抗体(双向琼脂扩散法)和特异性免疫复合物(ELISA)检测阳性率随染菌次数的增多而升高。对322例农民进行接触发病史调查和临床体征、X线胸片、痰菌培养、血清学检查,2人各项检查均为阳性,并被确诊“农民肺”现症患者。证实了我国确有“农民肺”的致病菌和现症病人存在。

| Abstract: | The present studies demonstrated that there is a farmer's lung (FL) really in Honghu county of Hubei Province.48 therpophillic actinomyces strains were isolated from the specimens of rice straw picked in the Honghu county and from sputum of patients suffering from FL suspiciously.These were identified as thermo-actinorhyces Vulgaris,thermoactinomyces candidus,thermomonospora viridis,and streptomyces thermohygroscopicus,the latter as a pathogen of FL was not yet reported in literature.The 4 different strains of thermophillic actinomyces including streptomyces thermohygroscopicus were innoculated on 90 rabbits respectively through thyrocricocentesis method experimentally.The results showed that there were typical pathological changes in lung tissue resembling that of human FL,and IgG.deposit was found on the alveolar septum and the wall of capillaries.Performing ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbe'nt assay) with the thermophillic actinomyces antisera-IgG to detect specific CIC (circulation immune complexes) in FL patient's sera was the first trial by us,which was not reported yet in literature.The results revealed there were (CIC) 53 cases (16.46%) positive with coun-terimmunoelectrophoresis (CIE) and ELISA simultaneously,18 cases (7.5%) were both positive,two patients of which suffered,from FL with typical clinical manifestations.As a control group,92 normal subjects were examined with the same technics,all of these were negative. |
