9566例正常分娩的费用及影响因素分析

目的；分析住院正常分娩的费用及其影响因素，控制医疗费用的过快增长，方法：对云南省两所省级和两所地级医院1996－2000年5年收住的9566例主要诊断为正常分娩的出院病例的总费用及各项费用进行分析和比较。并用多元逐步回归分别对两级医院正常分娩总费用的影响因素进行了分析。结果：省级医院平均等每例的住院天数，住院总费用，床位费，治疗费，接生费，药费和检查化验费高于地级医院，而地级医院的手术费和其它费用高于省级医院，影响总费用的因素省级医院为住院天数，年份，医院，职业，医疗待遇和手术，地级医院为医院，住院天数，年住，手术，年龄和医疗待遇，结论：两级医院正常分娩病例的住院天数，总费用以及各项费用均有差异，对总费用的影响因素在两级医院不尽相同，但主要的影响因素为医院，住院天数，年份，手术，医疗待遇等。

Analysis of Hospitalization Expense and Its Influencing Factors of 9566 Normal Deliveries

Objective To analyze hospitalization expenses and its influencing factors of normal delivery in order to control the rapid increase of medical expense. Methods The data of normal delivery cases in two provincial and two district hospitals in Yunnan province were used to compare the hospitalization expenses between different level of hospital and to analyze factors influencing the expenses by using multiple step regression. Results The average level of length of stay, total expense, bed fee, treatment fee, delivering fee, drug fee, check and laboratory fee per case in provincial level hospital were higher than that in district level. The operation fee and other fee were contrary. The factors influencing total hospitalization expense of normal delivery in provincial level were length of stay, year, hospital, occupation, type of payment, operation, and in district level were hospital, length of stay, year, operation, age, and type of payment. Conclusion There were different length of stay, total expense and each kind of fee between two level of hospitals in normal delivery cases. And the factors influencing hospitalization expense between two level of hospital were not same perfectly. The main influencing factors were hospital, length of stay, year, operation, type of payment etc.
