伏气学说及其对外感热病的临床意义

上自《内经》，下到晚清，对伏气学说的渊源及其基本内容做了归纳和分析。对以伏气学说指导治疗的部分急、重、疑难病症如白血病、系统性红斑狼疮、艾滋病等进行了重点介绍。认为随着现代医学的迅速发展以及对疾病防治的深入研究，伏气学说有重新认识和研究的必要，其对临床的指导意义应得到重视。

Theory of Incubative Pathogen and Its Clinical Guidance to Febrile Disease Due to Exopathy

The origin and basic content of theory of epidemic febrile diseases caused by insidious pathogenic factors were introduced and analysed from the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine of the Later part of Qing Dynasty.Meanwhile,under guidance of the theory,the differentiations and treatments of several emergent,serious and difficult diseases,for in stance,leukemia,epidemic encephalitis,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,SLE,AIDS etc.were introduced mainly.It was pointed out that the theory should be further studied and emphasized with the rapid development of modern medicine and the deep investigation of prevention and cure.
