口外型舌下腺囊肿诊治分析

目的：本文探讨口外型舌下腺囊肿的临床特征、误诊原因及诊治要点，旨在减少误诊，提高诊治水平。方法：收集经我院诊治的17例口外型舌下腺囊肿病例，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：17例中，舌下一颌下型4例，颌下型13例，误诊5例，所有病例均行手术摘除舌下腺治愈。结论：下颌舌骨肌发育缺陷，舌下腺穿过该肌裂孔或间隙突入颌下区是本病发生机制，以口内切口完整摘除舌下腺是根治口外型囊肿最佳方法。

The Siagnosis and Analysis of the Extraoral Type of Sublingual Gland Cyst

Objective: The clinic character of the extraoral type of sublingual gland cyst, the reason of inaccurate diagnosis and the outline of the diagnosis and treatment are discussed in this paper. The main purpose is to reduce the false diagnosis rate and promote the level of diagnosis and treatment of sublingual gland cyst. Methods: Totally 17 cases of the extraoral type of sublingual gland cyst, which are diagnosed and treated by our hospital, are collected. Moreover the clinical information is retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 17 cases there are 4 cases of sublingual lower jaw, 13 cases of lower jaw, 4 cases of false diagnosis. All the cases are cured by extirpating the sublingual gland. Conclusion: The sublingual gland perforates the chink or the clearance of the muscle and penetrates into the jaw section due to the deficient growth of hyoid muscle. This is the mechanism of this kind of disease. The extirpation of the sublingual gland is the optimal method of curing the extraoral type of cyst.
