肾上腺髓质增生症误诊为嗜铬细胞瘤8例分析并文献复习

目的:探讨肾上腺髓质增生(AMH)的临床特点、误诊为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的原因。方法:回顾性分析8例误诊为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的肾上腺髓质增生症患者的临床资料。结果:8例术前全部误诊,均行手术治疗,其中5例行后腹腔镜下肾上腺全切术,3例行肾上腺全切术。手术均成功,预后均良好。结论:该病症系良性疾病,临床表现与嗜铬细胞瘤相似,临床医师应重视此病,结合病史、体检、影像学检查以及其他检查以明确诊断。

8 Cases of Adrenal Medullary Hyperplasia Misdiagnosed as Adrenal Pheochromocytoma and Review Literature

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristic and reasons for the misdiagnosis of adrenal medullary hyperplasia.Methods:8 cases of adrenal medullary hyperplasia misdiagnosed as adrenal pheochromocytoma were retrospectively analysed.Results:All 8 cases were misdiagnosed before operation and were performed surgical treatment.Adrenal medullary hyperplasia was proven by operation and pathologic examination.Conclusions:Adrenal medullary hyperplasia is a kind of benign disease.The clinical manifestations and biochemical findings of adrenal medullary hyperplasia are similar to that of adrenal pheochromocytoma.The atypical clinical manifestation of adrenal medullary hyperplasia suggestes that the doctors should attach much importance to this kind of disease.The correct diagnosis is made malinly by the combination of case history,physical check-up,image examination and other special examinations.
