中西医结合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎66例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效?方法：将106例患者随机分为治疗组66例，对照组40例。治疗组采用静脉点滴阿奇霉素的同时内服中药治疗；对照组采用静脉点滴阿奇霉素，口服环丙沙星，美满霉素治疗。结果：治疗2周后，治疗组痊愈56例，显效4例，进步4例，无效2例，总有效率为90．91％；对照组痊愈18例，显效8例，进步9例，无效5例，总有效率为65％。2组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。结论：中西医结合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎有较好疗效。

Curative Effect on the Treatment of 66 Cases of Nonspecific Urethritis with the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of nonspecific urethritis by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; Method: Divided 106 patients into a curative group with 66 cases and a control group with 40 cases at a random sample. The patients in the curative group were treated by the intravenous drip of azithromycin and taking oral Chinese medical herbal decoction while the patients in the control group were treated with the intravenous drip of azithromycin and taking oral administration of ciprofloxcin and minocin. Result: After two weeks' treatment, in the curative group 56 patients were cured, 4 patients had efficacious cure, 4 patients improved and 2 patient was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.91% while in the control group 18 patients were cured, 8 patients had efficacious cure, 9 patients improved, 5 patients were effective, and the total effective rate was 65%. The difference of the comparison between the total effective rates of the two groups had an obvious significance, (p<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of nonspecific urethritis with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has a better effect.
