人消化管壁内粘膜下神经丛分布的初步观察

本文报道人各段消化管壁内粘膜下神经丛在数量和分布上的差异。在光镜下,食管和胃壁内此神经丛偶见,而且靠近肌层。食管的粘膜下神经丛内有神经元的细胞体。此神经丛在小肠多见,大肠为最多见。一些神经丛靠近肌层,另一些靠近粘膜肌层,因此在小肠和大肠的粘膜下层内的神经丛相似于Gunn提出的Henle丛和Meissner丛,但在食管和胃的粘膜下神经丛却无此种相似性。从食管到大肠,粘膜下神经丛有增多趋势。本文还讨论了粘膜下神经丛内神经元的类型和功能。

Preliminary Observations of Distribution of the Submucosal Plexuses in the Wall of the Human Digestive Tract

This paper reports the quantitative and distributive variation of the submucosal plexus in the wall of the various segments of the human digestive tract. It was found under light microscope that these plexuses were seen only occasionally in the esophagus and the stomach, and they were located near the muscle layer. There are the cell bodies of neurons in these plexuses of the esophagus. Great quantity of the plexus were found in the small intestine and greater in the large intestine. Some were located near the muscle layer, others near the muscularis mucosa. Therefore, the plexus in the submucosa of the small and the large intestines is similar to Henle's plexus and Meissner's plexus suggested by Gunn, but there is no such similarity in the submucosa of the esophagus and the stomach. From the esophagus to the large intestine plexus shows a tendency to increase in quantity. The types and functions of neurons in these plexuses are discussed also.
