| 摘 要： | 目的:研究急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6含量和周围血WBC计数的动态变化及二者的相关性.方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对30例急性脑梗死患者,分别在卒中后1天、3天、7天、14天进行连续检测血清IL-6和周围血WBC计数,并与30例健康人作对照.结果:与正常对照组比较,在病程1天、3天、7天3个时间点上血清IL-6水平和周围血WBC计数均增高(P<0.05),血清IL-6在病程第1天明显升高且达到高峰(P<0.05),周围血WBC计数以病程第3天升高最明显并达到高峰(P<0.05),二者与梗死面积大小、神经功能受损程度呈正相关(P<0.05),且二者之间显著相关(r=0.4,P<0.05).结论:脑梗死伴发炎症反应,炎症反应参与缺血性脑损伤,WBC、IL-6在此过程中起重要作用,且二者成正相关.IL-6是介导炎性反应的细胞因子,起免疫调节作用.如何阻断炎症反应过程,将是研究脑梗死保护治疗的新的有效途径.
