纤维支气管镜在ICU中的应用

目的明确纤维支气管镜检查及治疗在ICU机械通气患者中应用的价值.方法对我院ICU收治的105例机械通气患者行纤维支气管镜检查及治疗,对检查结果及治疗前后各项指标的变化进行监测.结果治疗前后患者的生命体征得到有效改善(P＜0.05),各项指标好转(P＜0.05),对导管堵塞、肺不张、咯血有较好的诊断及治疗作用.结论纤维支气管镜在ICU危重症机械通气患者中有一定的应用价值.

Clinical application of fiberobronchoscope theratpy in ICU

To investigate the value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and fiberobronchoscope therapy for the patiens who accept mechanical ventilation in ICU. 105 patiens who recieved mechanical ventilation in ICU were accepted fiberoptic bronchoscopy and fiberobronchoscope therapy, the observed results and the changes of vital parametes after therapied were monitored. After the therapy, the vital signs of mechanical ventilated patiens were improved (P<0.05), the vital parametes were better than before (P<0.05), and the fiberoptic bronchoscopy had a preponderance in diognosis and treatment of catheter blockage, pulmonary atelectasis and hemoptysis. [Conclusions] There are obviously clinical values of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and fiberobronchoscope therapy for mechanical ventilated patiens in ICU.
