| 摘 要： | 2010年国家对一次性使用无菌注射器进行了监督抽验,在认真完成各项检验的同时,我们按照GB/T14233.2-2005对一次性使用无菌注射器进行了体外细胞毒性探讨。结果发现,注射针的细胞毒性符合要求,部分注射器的细胞毒性较大,而导致注射器细胞毒性较大的根源在于活塞。建议在标准YY/T0243-2003中增加活塞体外细胞毒性试验。

| Abstract: | The State made a supervision sampling and testing of disposable sterilized syringe in 2010.Testing completed,we studied the cytotoxicity of disposable sterilized syringe.It was found that the cytotoxicity of syringe needle meet the requirement,some syringes had greater cytotoxicity.The piston caused greater cytotoxicity.We suggest that test for in vitro cytotoxicity should be added in YY/T0243-2003. |
