摘    要:目的:建立参花消渴茶中葛根素的含量控制标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的粉葛进行含量测定,色谱柱用Discovery C18(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(22∶78),检测波长250 nm。结果:葛根素在0.039 8~2.488 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of Puerarin in Shenhua Xiaoke Teas. Methods: With Discovery C18 column, the mobile phase was Methanol-0. 1% Phosphoric acid (22: 78). The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: Puerarin sample showed a good relationship in the range of 0. 039 8 - 2. 488 0 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery of add sample was 98.6% (n =6) with RSD 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
