HPLC法测定痰热清注射液中黄芩苷和连翘苷的含量

目的：建立HPLC法同时测定痰热清注射液中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Waters Symmery C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．5％冰醋酸（25：75），检测波长：280nm，流速：0．8ml·min^-1。结果：黄芩苷、连翘苷分别在1．97～9．86μg（r=0．9997）和0．23～1．37μg（r=0．9997）浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系；加样回收率分别为97．22％、97．75％，RSD分别为1．45％、3．23％（n=6）。结论：所建方法简单、快速、准确，可用于痰热清注射液的质量控制。

Determination of Baicalin and Forsythin in Tanreqing Injection by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin and forsythin in Tanreqing injection. Method： The separation was performed on a Waters Symmery C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column with detection wavelength of 280 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 5% acetic acid solution（25： 75） with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml ·min^-1. Result： The linear range of baicalin and forsythin was 1.97- 9. 86 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ） and 0. 23 - 1.37 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ）, respectively. The average recovery was 97. 22% and 97. 75% with RSD of 1.45% and 3.23% （n =6） accordingly. Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable and accurate, and can be applied in the quality control of the preparation.
