摘    要:目的探讨接骨木多糖对体外培养大鼠胰岛β细胞株INS-1E细胞增殖和胰岛素分泌的影响。方法采用CCK-8方法检测接骨木多糖对大鼠胰岛细胞活性影响以及对四氧嘧啶损伤后细胞活性的影响;采用ELISA法检测接骨木多糖联合四氧嘧啶对大鼠胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素功能的影响。结果接骨木多糖可以明显促进大鼠胰岛细胞增殖(P<0.05),并降低四氧嘧啶诱导的大鼠胰岛细胞损伤(P<0.05)、增加胰岛素分泌(P<0.05)。结论接骨木多糖对四氧嘧啶诱导的大鼠胰岛细胞损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Aim To detect the effects of Sambucus polysaccharides on the cell proliferation and insulin secretion with cultured INS-1E β-cells.Methods Cell viability of rat INS-1E β-cells was measured by CCK-8 after treatment with Sambucus polysaccharides in 5 days and after treatment with Sambucus polysaccharides and alloxan;the concentrations of insulin were detected after co-treatment with Sambucus polysaccharides and alloxan using rat insulin ELISA kit.Conclusion Sambucus polysaccharides can increase the proliferation of rat INS-1E β-cells significantly,reverse the damage on the function of INS-1E β-cells induced by AXN,and increase the insulin excretion.
