| Abstract: | Objective:To think and improve the mode of drug recall regulation of our country.Method:The relevant concept of defective drugs and the current situation of drug recall regulation in China and USA were introduced,and the problems in the Chinese regulation were analyzed.Result and Conclusion:The Chinese drug recall regulation should be improved by drawing on the useful experiences of USA. |
