| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨瓣膜置换术后住院患者的华法林用药的影响因素,指导住院患者华法林的用量。方法:搜集137例瓣膜置换术后的住院患者,记录患者华法林的用量,不同性别、年龄、体质量指数、瓣膜置换数量、联合使用低分子肝素钙进行组间对比,分析相关性。对不良反应进行监测和分析。结果:住院期间,不同性别、体质量指数、年龄患者间,华法林用量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),瓣膜置换数量、早期联用低分子肝素钙对华法林的用量无影响。住院期间有2例出血。结论:影响住院期间华法林抗凝效果的因素有许多,初始剂量的选择要考虑多种因素的影响的同时需对患者进行严密的抗凝监测。
