| 摘 要： | 目的：评价桂哌齐特联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选择糖尿病合并早期糖尿病肾病住院病例60例，随机分为两纽，每组30例。A组给予厄贝沙坦治疗，B组在厄贝沙坦治疗的基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗，疗程14d，观察治疗前后的24h尿微量白蛋白（24hUmAlb）和C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化。结果：两组治疗后24hUmAlb均较治疗前下降（A组P〈0．05，B组P〈0．01），B组下降幅度较A组更大；两组治疗前CRP均高于正常，A组治疗前后CRP无明显变化（P〉0．05），B组治疗后CRP水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论：桂哌齐特联合厄贝沙坦治2型糖尿病合并早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著，可以改善血管内皮功能，减少24hUmAlb。
