| 摘 要： | 目的：研究D101型大孔树脂分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮的工艺。方法：以提取物中总黄酮含量为考察指标，通过试验研究确定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮的工艺参数。用紫外分光光度法测定野牡丹总黄酮含量，用HPLC法测定总黄酮水解后槲皮素的含量。结果：制得的野牡丹提取物中总黄酮含量为92．3％，槲皮素的含量为50．2％。结论：D101型大孔吸附树脂可用于分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮。
