摘    要:目的:建立HPLC测定黄麦合剂中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:DiamonsilTM C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-醋酸(30:70:1),检测波长:270nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果:淫羊藿苷浓度在3.12~100.00μg·ml-1的范围之内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为92.65%,RSD为2.57%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于黄麦合剂中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icraiin in Huangmai mixtures. Method: DiamonsilTM C ls (250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (30:70:1 ). Detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1. Result: lcraiin showed a good linear re- lationship within the range of 3.12-100. 00 μg.ml-1 (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 92. 65% with RSD of 2. 57%. Conclu- sion: The method is feasible with good specificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of ieraiin in Huangmai mixtures.
