摘    要:利用肿瘤组织中的阳离子变化以及传感器技术探测肿瘤,实现其快速诊断是近年来临床医学的研究重点之一.本文基于体内组织钠离子变化及微电池原理,设计并通过控制芯导体挤压、内外导体导线焊接及整体塑封等过程,成功研制出了肿瘤探测传感器.经测试表明,当传感器的微电流值大于10μA时为恶性肿瘤;当微电流值小于-10μA时为良性;通过与传统的病理切片诊断进行对比发现,利用该传感器检测肿瘤良恶性具有快速、简捷、准确率高等特点.

Abstract:Tissue cation changes and sensor technology has been used to detect tumors.To achieve its rapid diagnosis is one of the focuses.Based on in vivo changes in the organization of sodium ions and micro-cell theory,the sensor for cancer detection was developed by design and by controlling the process,such as core conductor extrusion,internal and external conductors bonding and the overall molding process.The tests show that when the sensor's micro-current value above 10μA,the tumors are malignant,and when micro-current value below-10μA,the tumors are benign.If greater than this value,it is malignant tumors.Comparison with conventional pathological diagnosis,found that using the unit to detect benign and malignant tumors is rapid,simple,and has a high accuracy.
