升阳益胃汤对2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者生长抑素的影响

目的观察升阳益胃汤治疗脾虚兼证型2型糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）的临床疗效及其对患者胃肠激素的影响。方法按随机数字表法将60例DGP患者随机分为2组，治疗组加用升阳益胃汤，对照组加用莫沙比利，2组降糖治疗不变，疗程1个月。结果治疗组治疗前后生长抑素分泌升高水平下降显著（P〈0.01），与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。治疗组对患者症状改善率明显优于对照组。结论升阳益胃汤具有抑制DGP患者生长抑素分泌的作用，从而改善患者胃肠动力，对DGP的治疗有一定的疗效。

Influence of Shengyang Yiwei decoction on somatostatin in patients of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis

Objective It is m evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis （DGP） of splenic deficiency syndrome and the influence on gut hormone with Shengyang Yiwei decoction. Methods 60 patients with DGP were randomly allocated into two groups： patients in treatment group received treatment of Shengyang Yiwei decoction in addition, and the control group received treatment of mosapride in addition, the conventional therapy was continued, the time of therapy was 1 month, Results The somatostatin levels were decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The differenee was obvious compared with the control group. The syndrome improvement rate was more obviously in the treatment group as compared with the control group. Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei decoction can inhibit the secretion of somatostatin; so as to improve gastrointestinal motility in patients. It has eertain treatment funetion to the DGP;
