实行单病种限价减轻就医者负担——我院耳鼻咽喉科实施单病种限价的做法和体会

摘要目的分析我院耳鼻咽喉科实施单病种限价以来的医药费用和相关医疗质量指标的变 化。方法实施单病种限价前后医药费用和医疗质量指标的比较。结果经过半年的实践，收治 符合单病种限价病人&!例，病人费用较前大幅度降低，平均住院日和术前住院天数缩短，用药合 理，病人的满意度提高，医院收治的病人增加，收入增加，病人药品的费用大幅度降低，医院的知名 度显著提高，扩大了影响。结论单病种限价收费能有效控制不合理的医药费用，对规范医院管理 和提高医疗护理质量有促进作用，值得推广。

Practise the Limited Charge for Single Disease and Alleviate the Burden of the Hospitalized Patients

This article analyzed the changes in the indexes of the medical expenditure and the relevant medical quality since the practice of the limited charge for single disease in the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital by comparing the indexes before and after the change.After half year of practice,75 cases are suitable for the limited charge for single disease with a great reduction in the medical expenditure of the patients,the average hospitalization days and pre-operation days.With the rational use of drugs,the patients showed high degree of satisfaction.The greater the number of the patients is,the more income the hospital gains.As a result,the medication expenditure of the patients decreased greatly and the hospital achieves greater fame with wider influence.The limited charge for single disease can control unreasonable expenditure of medication,contribute to the regulation of hospital management and upgrade the level of nursing quality,which deserves popularization.
