| 摘 要： | 目的观察以太冲、光明为主穴治疗视疲劳综合症的临床疗效.方法随机将视疲劳综合症患者60例分为治疗组(30例,以太冲、光明为主穴针刺治疗)和对照组(30例,局部滴新V乐敦眼药水),分别观察眼部症状、全身症状、体征积分的改变及疗效并进行对照.结果治疗后两组症状、体征积分均明显减少,改善程度比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组.结论原络通经开窍针刺法治疗视疲劳综合症为优效、安全、快捷的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture mainly in Taichong (LR3) and Guangming (GB37) on asthenopia . Method To divide randomly 60 cases of asthenopia into the acupuncture group (n=30, treated with needling in LR3 and GB37 mainly) and the control group (n=30, treated with New V Rohto Eye Drops), observe and compare the integral changes of eye symptoms and curative effects. Result After the treatment the symptom integrals of two groups decreased obviously with a statistic significance (P<0.01). The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 93.3 % which was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture with the effect of dredging meridians and orifices in Yuan and Luo acupoints was effective, safe and convenient for treating asthenopia. |
