摘    要:鸟嘌呤经酰化、氯化并水解得2-氨基-6-氯嘌呤,与苄硫醇反应所得2-氨基-6-苯甲硫基嘌呤,再与取代胺反应制得6-取代胺摹嘌呤衍生物1a~1d.体外抗菌活性试验结果表明,1a~1d对稻草芽孢杆菌抗菌活性较好,1b、1c和1d对黑曲酶抗菌活性较好,1c和1d对热带假丝酵母抗菌活性较好.

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of 6-Substituted Amino Purine Derivatives

Abstract:Four new 6-substituted amino purine derivatives were synthesized from guanine by acylation,chlorination and hydrolysis to give 2-amino-6-chloropurine,which was subjected to condensation with toluenethiol and then reaction with substituted amines.The antibacterial activity of the new compounds were tested in vitro and the results showed that 1a~1d exhibited good antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis,1b~1d exhibited activity against Aspergillus niger,1c and 1d exhibited activity against Candida tropicalis,respectively.
