| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨特发性室性心动过速（IVT）的射频消融（RFCA）治疗效果。方法：对3例左室特发性室速（ILVT）、2例右室流出道室速（RVOT）及3例右室流出道室性早搏，分别采用激动顺序标测法及起搏标测法行射频消融治疗。结果：所有患者术中均成功消融室速或室早，术后随访3个月－2年，无一例复发。结论：射频消融治疗特发性室速或室早是安全、有效且成功率高的一种方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in the idiopathic ventricular tachycardia. Methods: Eight patients, including 3 patients with idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia, 2 patients with right ventricular outflow tachycardia and 3 patients with right ventricular outflow prebeats, were received RFCA. The activation recorder and/or pacing mapping were used for denoting the site during the operation. Results: The ventricular tachycardia and ventricular prebeats of all patients were successfully ablated during the operation. After follow up from 3 months to 2 years, nobody recurrenced. Conclusions: RFCA is a safe, effective method in the therapy of idiopathic ventricular tachycardia, and have a high successful rate. |
