速效止血涂膜剂止血性能评价及对红细胞的聚集作用

目的：验证和评价速效止血涂膜剂止血性能;方法：在新西兰兔的脾出血模型上观察速效止血涂膜剂的止血效果,并比较云南白药、海藻酸粉剂及速效止血涂膜剂三种材料对健康人血红细胞沉降率的影响;结果：速效止血涂膜剂出血时间（BT）为（2.66±0.15）min,云南白药对照组的出血时间（BT）为（5.28±0.51）min,两组比较BT值差异有显著性意义,P〈0.01。止血涂膜剂组的血沉升高为48.75±8.116,云南白药组血沉升高为17.01±6.78,海藻酸钠组血沉升高为15.25±7.88,组组对ESR影响较大于云南白药组和海藻酸钠组,P〈0.05;结论：速效止血涂膜剂能明显缩短止血时间和减少出血量,而且对人体红细胞有明显的聚集作用。研究结果为该产品的临床应用提供了实验依据。

Hemostatic properties evaluation of instant stop bleeding balm and the aggregation to red blood cells

Objective:To verify and evaluate the hemostatic properties of instant stop bleeding balm.Methods:Available hemostatic balm in hemostatic effect was observed on splenic bleeding model in New Zealand white rabbits,and compared Yunnanbaiyao alginate powder and quick hemostasis balm threematerials on the erythrocyte sedimentation rate in healthy human blood;Results:The bleeding time(BT)was(2.66±0.15)mim,and the bleeding time(BT)of Yunnanbaiyao control group was(5.28±0.51)min,the difference of the two groups’BT are significant(P<0.01).Hemostasis balm group of elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 48.75±8.116,the Yunnanbaiyao group erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased to 17.01±6.78,sodium alginate group erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased to 15.25±7.88,the effect of hemostasis balm group against ESR was more serious(P<0.05);Conclusions:Available to stop bleeding balm can significantly shorten hemostasis and reduce the amount of bleeding,and has role of aggregation.The results provide an experimental basis for the product of the clinical application.
