参芪冠心通脉汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

目的:观察参芪冠心通脉汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组各45例,治疗组用参芪冠心通脉汤加减治疗,对照组用稳心颗粒治疗。28天为1个疗程,连服用2个疗程,观察两组临床症状疗效、心电图、血脂、血液流变学等变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效症状改善率为93.3%,心电图改善率为91.1%,均优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后血脂及血液流变性的改善以治疗组为优。结论:参芪冠心通脉汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Clinical observation of treating angina pectoris with Shenqi Guanxin Tongmai decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Guanxin Tongmai decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods: 90 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups of 45 patients each,the treatment group with Shenqi Guanxin Tongmai decoction for the treatment,control group treated with Wenxin granule.28 days for a course of 1,even taking2courses,observe two groups of clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,blood lipids,effect of blood rheology change.Results: the treatment group clinical symptom improvement rate was 93.3%,electrocardiogram improvement rate was 91.1%,compared to the control group(P<0.05);two groups after the treatment of blood lipid and blood rheology of the improvement in the treatment group.Conclusion: the effect of Shenqi Guanxin Tongmai decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
