临床路径的应用效果分析

目的分析实施临床路径过程中的应用情况与存在问题，为大力推广和实施临床路径的医疗管理方式的开展奠定一定的基础。方法从某省级三甲医院2011年实施临床路径病种中选取下肢静脉曲张、子宫肌瘤、冠心病行冠脉介入治疗、白内障、腹腔镜胆囊切除术、半月板损伤6个病种，对已实施临床路径与未实施路径病例进行平均住院日和各项费用对比处理分析。结果实施临床路径后的6个病种的平均住院日有所缩短（P〈O．05），各项费用有明显减少（P〈O．05），具有统计学的意义。结论临床路径作为最新的医疗服务管理模式，合理配置医疗资源，切实降低病种费用，值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Application Effect Analysis on Clinical Pathway

Objectives This paper analyzes the application situation and existing problems during implementing clinical pathway,for laying foundation of largely popularizing and implementing clinical pathway.Methods Varicose vein of lower limb,hysteromyoma,coronary disease with coronary intervention therapy,cataract,laparoscopic cholecystectomy and meniscus injury are selected from implement of clinical pathway disease categories in 2011 in a class A tertiary hospital.It has a compared analysis on the average hospitalization days and expenses between cases of implemented clinical pathway and non-implemented clinical pathway.Results The average hospitalization days of these 6 disease categories implemented clinical pathway has reduced(P<0.05);expenses has obviously reduced(P<0.05),which has statistical meaning.Conclusions As the latest medical service management mode,clinical pathway reasonably attribute medical resource,reducing disease categories expenses that are worth to popularization application in clinical.
