平顶山市60例肥胖青少年膳食分析

目的　了解肥胖青少年饮食结构及营养状况为科学膳食指导提供依据。方法　将体重超过标准体重 2 0 %的受检对象确诊为肥胖 ,共 6 0人 ,用记账法调查 5日膳食 ,原子吸收光谱法测定血清Ca、Fe、Zn。结果　热量摄入平均为参考摄入量的112 % ,脂肪占总热量的 38% ;Ca、VA、VB2 摄入不足 ;血清Fe、Zn可达正常水平 ,血清Ca偏低者 6例 ,占 10 %。结论　肥胖青少年营养不均衡 ;热能摄入过多 ,Ca、VA、VB2 摄入不足。应注意膳食平衡 ,控制脂肪及总热量的摄入

Analysis of food of 60 corpulent early youths

objective: To comprehend the structure of the foods of corpulent early youths as well as to provide the scientific basis for food guide. Method: Diagnose the target whose body weight exceeded the 20% of standard body weight as corpulence, amounted to 60 cases. Collected the food of 5 days with the method of keeping accounts. Determined the contents of Ca?Fe and Zn in blood serum with atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results: The RNI of quantity of energy was 112%. The fat percent of the total quantity of heat was 38%, The Ca? VA and VB2 were not enough absorbed. The density of Fe and Zn in blood serum reached the normal level. The t senum contents of Ca were lower, it's percent was 10%. Conclusion: The nutrition of corpulent early youth isn't balanced. The energy taken is too much. The Ca?VA and VB2 is not. The food should be balanced. The absorption the fat and the total quantity of energy should controlled.
