| 摘 要： | 目的:为提高睑板腺囊肿手术的成功率,探讨减少睑板腺囊肿复发的简易手术方法。方法:对950例睑板腺囊肿采用石碳酸涂睑板腺囊肿的囊壁,观察其疗效。结果:950例睑板腺囊肿均能达到破坏其囊壁的完整性,术后随访7d~6mo,无复发,达到根治目的。结论:石碳酸治疗睑板腺囊肿方法简易、并发症少,是较为理想的手术方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate simple operative approaches for reducing its relapse so as to improve the success rate of surgery for chalazion.METHODS:Management with carbol spreading on the capsule walls of chalazion was employed to 950 chalazion patients and its efficacy was observed.RESULTS:The treatment achieved success in destroying the integrity of the capsule walls in all the 950 chalazion patients.A follow-up of 7 days to 6 months showed complete cures without relapse occurring.CONCLUSION:The carbol treatment for chalazion is an optimal,simple and easy method with few complications. |
