尿道板双侧旁正中纵切卷管尿道成形术

目的 总结尿道板双侧旁正中纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的经验.方法 2008年6月至2009年5月应用尿道板双侧旁正中纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂31例,其中阴茎体型28例,阴茎阴囊型3例.本组平均年龄2.7岁(1.6～5.2岁),平均手术时间91.6 min(80～105 min).结果 本组病例均在术后随访超过3个月,外观满意,多数病例形似包皮环切术后阴茎外观.尿道外口位于龟头尿道沟正位,裂隙状.术后尿道瘘3例,发生率为9.7%;尿道口狭窄2例,发生率为6.5%,均在尿道扩张后缓解;没有发生尿道狭窄.结论 尿道板双侧旁正中纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂效果满意,术后并发症发生率较低.且容易开展.

Tubularized double paramedian incision plate urethroplasty

Objective To present the experience of hypospadias repair using the tubularized double paramedian incision plate urethroplasty.Methods A retrospective review of the last 1 year of tubularized double paramedian incision plate urethroplasty was performed.In 31 patients who had the operations using this procedure, 28 suffered from penile and 3 penoscrotal hypospadias.The average age at surgery was 2.7 years(range: 1.6 to 5.2 years).The mean operative time was 91.6min (range: 80 to 105 min).Results All patients were followed up for more than three months after surgery.Fistulas occurred in 3 patients (9.7%).Meatal stenosis occurred in 2 patients (6.5%).Both responded well to urethral dilatatioa No patient had urethral stricture.Conclusions Tubularized double paramedian incision plate urethroplasty is an effective treatment for hypospadias.The incidence of postoperative complications is low.
