| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辛伐他汀治疗类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法已确诊为类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症的女性患者12例，在抗风湿治疗的基础上给予辛伐他汀常规剂量口服治疗，对3个月后的临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗后原有关节肿痛症状改善，测量腰椎骨密度较前增加，由（0．911±0．132）g／cm提高至（0．936士0．178）g／cm（P〈0．05）。结论类风湿性关节炎患者在传统非甾体类抗炎药及免疫抑制剂治疗的基础上，联用辛伐他汀治疗，对合并骨质疏松症患者的临床效果良好，骨密度增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of simvastain on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）with osteoporisis. Methods Twelve patients eligible for this study were included. Based on the anti-rheumatoid treatment, conventional dose of simvastatin was given. The clinical efficacy was evaluate after 3 months. Result The original symptoms of joint swelling and pain were improved after therapy. Lumbar vertebrae bone mineral density was increased from （0. 911±0. 132） g/cm to （0. 936±0. 178） g/cm. Conclusion On the basis of traditional non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs combined with immunosuppressant simvastain to treat rheumatoid arthritis with osteoporisis,the clinical symptoms can be improved and bone mineral density increased. |
