| 摘 要： | 目的探讨通心络胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床疗效。方法 60例脑梗死后抑郁患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组予盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊和通心络胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组疗效和治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表、Barthel指数评分、血清hs-CRP水平。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组间HAMD、Barthel评分、血清hs-CRP水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗脑梗死后抑郁患者,能更有效改善患者的抑郁症状,提高患者日常生活能力。
