卵泡冲洗对来曲唑促排卵方案患者妊娠结局的影响

目的:研究卵泡冲洗对来曲唑促排卵方案中患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析406个来曲唑微刺激促排卵周期,其中未行卵泡冲洗210个周期(对照组),行卵泡冲洗167个周期(冲洗组),对2组患者获卵参数、胚胎参数及妊娠结局进行比较分析。结果:卵泡冲洗组获卵率、单周期MⅡ卵子数、可移植胚胎数和移植周期临床妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卵泡冲洗可以直接提高来曲唑微刺激促排卵方案患者的获卵率、单周期MⅡ卵子数、可移植胚胎数并且显著改善妊娠结局。

The Influence of Follicle Flushing on Pregnancy Outcomes in the Programe of Ovulation Induction by Letrozole

Objective To analyze the influence of follicle flushing on the pregnancy outcomes in the programe of ovulation induction by letrozole.Methods Retrospective analysis were carried out in 406 cycles inducted by letrozole,in which 167 cycles taken follicle flushing were selected as follicle flushing group and the other 210 cycles were selected as control group.Then the oocyte retrieval parameter,embryo parameter and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results The rate of oocyte retrieval,amount of mature monocycle MⅡ ovum,embryo suitable for transplantation and pregnancy outcomes in follicle flushing group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Follicle flushing could improve the pregnancy outcomes in patients with IVF-ET through increasing the oocyte retrieval rate,amount of mature oocytes and embryo suitable for transplantation.
