| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨浮肩的手术适应证。方法：连续收集采用切开复位内固定治疗的32例浮肩患者，应用美国肩肘关节协会评分标准（ASES）评价其治疗效果。结果：切开复位内固定治疗32例，全组随访7-51个月，平均18.7个月。肩胛骨或锁骨骨折全部骨性愈合。手术组平均为90.2分。结论：如果关节盂移位超过10mm，成角超过40^。，应首选手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the operative indication of floating shoulder.Methods:Assessed the efficacy of 32 cases with floating shouler according to the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons questionnaire(ASES),who received surgical treatment or conservative treatment.Results:32 cases received surgical treatment,all cases were followed up from 7 months to 51 months,average 18.7 months.All the cases with scapula fracture or clavicle fracture healed.The average ASES score was 90.2 in surgical treatment group.Co... |
