Brain and heart catecholamine levels after l-Dopa administration in reserpine treated mice: Correlations with a conditioned avoidance response

Summary Mice were tested with reserpine before receiving an injection of l-DOPA. At various times after the l-DOPA injection they were sacrificed and the brains and hearts were analyzed for their catecholamine content.
