癫痫患者外周血P-糖蛋白水平检测的临床意义

目的探讨外周血P-糖蛋白水平与难治性癫痫耐药性的关系。方法32例癫痫患者分为难治性癫痫组(IE组)16例及非难治性癫痫组(NIE组)16例,同时纳入健康体检者16例作为对照组。用流式细胞仪检测各组血中P-糖蛋白(Pgp)的表达。结果IE组血清Pgp(3.3%±0.6%)明显高于NIE组(2.6%±0.5%)和对照组(2.3%±0.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Pgp在癫痫耐药的发病机制中起重要作用,其在外周血的高表达可作为癫痫患者耐药的一个客观指标。

The significant of detecting serum P-glycoprotein in epileptic patients

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of P-glycoprotein(Pgp)in peripheral blood and drug resistance of intractable epilepsy.Methods Thirty two consecutive epilepsy cases were divided into intractable epilepsy group(IE group,16 cases)and non-intractable group(NIE group,16 cases),and another 16 volunteers were enrolled as control group.The expression of serum Pgp was detected with flow cytometer.Results The level of serum Pgp in IE group(3.3%±0.6%)were significantly higher than NIE group(2.6%±0.5%)and normal control group(2.3%±0.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It suggested that the Pgp might contribute to drug resistance in epilepsy.The over expression of Pgp could be considered as an objective marker of drug resistance in patients with epilepsy.
