| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肺益煎联合化疗在老年非小细胞性肺癌患者中的临床疗效。方法:采用抽信封随机对照法将48例病人分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在化疗的基础上加用中药肺益煎,治疗2个疗程。结果:肺益煎在改善咳嗽、咯痰、神疲乏力、食欲减退以及免疫功能CD3、CD4/CD8、NK有统计学意义(P<0.05);在改善生活质量和体重方面有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肺益煎联合化疗能改善非小细胞性肺癌患者的部分临床证候和免疫功能,提高生活质量。
