ITP患者抗幽门螺杆菌治疗的疗效观察

目的：观察抗幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）治疗对特发性血小板减少性紫瘢（ITP）患者的疗效以及其对血小板的影响。方法：收集2006年4月至2008年4月，H.pylori阳性的ITP患者31例进行抗H.pylori治疗（奥美拉唑20 mg/次＋克拉霉素0.5 g/次＋阿莫西林1.0 g/次，均2次/d共1周），分别于治疗前、治疗后7，14，28 d检测血小板计数。结果：31例ITP患者抗H.pylori治疗后，有21例治愈，10例无效，根治率为67.74%。H.pylori治愈患者血小板计数较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05），治疗无效患者的血小板数量改变无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：抗H.pylori治疗可使H.pylori阳性ITP患者的血小板升高,H.pylori感染可能与部分ITP患者的血小板减少有关。

Anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) treatment on patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and its effect on blood platelet. MethodsFrom April 2006 to April 2008, a total of 31 patients diagnosed as having ITP and H.pylori infection were collected. These patients were given standard antibiotic therapy for H.pylori eradication (omeprazole 20 mg, clarithromycin 0.5 g, and amoxicillin 1.0 g, twice per day for 1 week). The effect of anti-H.pylori treatment was analyzed, and the blood platelets were counted before the treatment and on day 7, 14, and 28 after the treatment. ResultsOf the 31 ITP patients with H.pylori infection, 21 were cured and 10 were not effective, with the effective rate 67.74 %. Blood platelet increased in the cured group but did not change in the no-effect group. ConclusionAnti-H.pylori treatment could increase the blood platelet, and H.pylori infection may be related to the reduction of blood platelet in ITP patients.
