| 摘 要： | 目的:评价电子阴道镜在子宫颈病变诊断中的价值和临床意义。方法:电子阴道镜检查子宫颈病变2100例,阴道镜下定位活检1280例。结果:经病理确诊子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)55例,其中包括CIN133例,CIN29例,CIN313例;子宫颈癌9例;人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染228例。结论:阴道镜检查对早期发现子宫颈癌、CIN及HPV感染有重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods:Two thousand one hundred patients with cervical disease were examined by colposcopy,and 1 280 of them received positioning biopsy.Results:Among the 1 280 cases having gone through histopathologic examination,55 cases were proved to have cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN 1-3),9 cases cervical infiltrating tumor and 228 human papilloma virus(HPV) infection.Conclusions:Colposcopy is of value in early diagnosis of... |
