| 摘 要： | 应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对223例脑血管疾患和非脑血管疾患进行了血流速度和方向的检查,发现大脑中动脉(MCA)及椎动脉(VA)在脑梗塞、脑动脉硬化及椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的高值或低值与正常人对照,差异均非常显著(P<0.01),为脑疾患的临床诊断和治疗提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | A transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD)was used for moni- tering blood flow velocitys and directions in 233 patients with cerebral vascular and nonvascular diseases.The TCD changes of middle cerebral artery(MCA)and vertebral artery(VA)in cerebral infarction,cerebral arte- riosclerosis and vertebral-basilar ischemia were very significantly different from that of normal(P<0.01).All the information can provide useful references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral diseases. |
