| 摘 要： | 目的：研究幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性消化性溃疡的治病与护理。方法：随机将128例HP阳性消化性溃疡患者分为两组，治疗组采用三联药物短程治疗，配合高纤维素饮食及整体护理；对照组采用洛赛克治疗配合传统饮食疗法。结果：治疗组溃疡愈合率为93．7％，HP根除率为89．1％，均明显高于对照组的73．4％和28．1％。结论：三联药物配合高纤维素饮食疗法及整体护理可提高HP阳性消化性溃疡的治愈率，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study treatment and nursing of positive helicobctleria peptic ulcer Method:128 patients with positive helicobacteria pylori peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups:Three-drug short term treatment and high fibrin diet group(treatment group);Losec and traditional diet group(control group) Re~sults:Both ulcerative healing rate and helicobactria exterminating rate were higher in treatment group(93 7%,89 1%)than control group(73 4%,28 1%) Co~nclusion:Associated three-drug treatment and fibrin-rich diet therapy can improve curative rate of positive helicobacteria pylori peptic ulcer |
