| 摘 要： | 笔报道老年肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患术前护理,结合老年人生理特点和嗜铬细胞瘤的病理生理特点,提出：充分做好心理护理,实行“宾馆式”服务方式;术前严密监测血压、脉搏、纠正心律失常、扩充血容量;预防高血压危象,体位性低血压等并发症。认为老年肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤术前系统检查、治疗和护理,降低了手术风险,是手术成功的基本条件。

| Abstract: | The author in this paper reports preoperative nursing of the elderly with pheochromocytoma. By studying the elderly physical characteristics and the pathological and physical characteristics of pheochromocytoma, the author proposes that psychological nursing should be performed by providing them with service "like in hotel"; their blood pressure and pulse be monitored, arrhythmia corrected and blood volume expanded before operation; hypertension and postural hypotension should be prevented. Perfect and systematic examinations, treatment and nursing of the elderly with pheochromocytoma are key to the success in operation by reducing operation risks and help them live through operation. |
