| 摘 要： | 本研究采用免疫组化方法检测ICAM-1在喉癌及正常人喉粘膜组织中的表达,分析其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。结果表明,喉癌组织中ICAM-1的表达高于正常喉粘膜,而非转移喉癌组较转移组表达更强。提示:喉癌组织高表达ICAM-1可能是机体抗肿瘤免疫增强的反映。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemistry technique (LSAB method) was used to detect the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in tissue (52 cases) of laryngeal carcinoma patients in order to study the relationship between ICAM-1 and the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma, normal laryngeal mucosa (5 cases) was,used as controls. The results showed that the expression of ICAM-1 in cancer tissue was obviously higher than that in normal laryngeal mucose (P<0. 01), and that in non-metastatic group was obviously higher than that in metastatic group (P<0. 005). The results demonstrated that the expression of ICAM-1 in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was the reflection of antineoplastic immunity of organism. |
