| 摘 要： | Gremlin-骨形态发生蛋白的内源性拮抗剂，在肺疾病的发生发展中起到重要作用。本研究综述了Gremlin在肺动脉高）（pulmonaryhypeension，PAH）和特发性肺纤维化（idiopathicpulmonaryfibrosis，IPF）发生发展中的分子生物学功能和致病机制，提出了Gremlin参与肺疾病发病，为今后肺疾病的研究提供了方向。

| Abstract: | Gremlin-the endogenous antagonist of bone morphogenetic protein, plays an important role in the development of lung disease. The purpose of this article is to review the molecular biology function and pathogenic mechanisms by which Gremlin contributes to the development of pulmonary hypertension （PAH） and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF）, put forward Gremlin is involved in the development of lung disease, and provide direction for future studies of lung disease. |
