更年期抑郁症状与血清单胺氧化酶活性及雌二醇水平相关性研究

目的:探讨更年期妇女抑郁症状发生与血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活性及血清雌二醇(E2)水平变化的关系。方法:应用自评抑郁量表(SDS)及抑郁状态问卷(DSI)对长春市3个城区中年龄在45～55周岁的环卫女工进行抑郁症状的评价;应用病例对照方法,采用紫外分光光度法及放射免疫测定法对有更年期抑郁症状组妇女、更年期正常对照组及生育年龄正常对照组妇女各30例分别进行血清MAO活性及E2水平测定。结果:两组更年期妇女血清中MAO活性均高于生育年龄正常对照组血清MAO活性(P值均小于0.05),但有抑郁症状更年期妇女血清中MAO活性升高更明显,且与更年期正常对照组比较,差异有显著性,更年期抑郁组血清中MAO活性明显高于更年期正常对照组。妇女血清中MAO活性随血清中E2水平的升高而降低。结论:更年期妇女抑郁症状发生与血清MAO活性的高低存在着相关性;有抑郁症状的更年期妇女血清MAO活性变化与E2存在着负相关性。

The research on the relationship between the depression symptom of climacteric women and the level of serum MAO activity and serum estradiol

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the depression symptom of climacteric women and the level of serum MAO activity and serum estradiol.Methods:Female workers aged 45~55 collected from three districts in Changchun were evaluated with Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Depression Status Inventory (DSI) ; 30 subjects each were chosen from the group of climacteric women with depression symptom (group1), group of healthy climacteric women (group 2), and group of healthy women aged 25~39 (group 3).The blood serum MAO activity was monitored by the EUV(extreme ultraviolet spectroscopy) and blood serum estradiol (E 2) level was monitored with Radiated Immune Method and Case -controlled trial.Results:The blood serum MAO activity of both group 1 and group 2 is higher than that of group 3.The serum MAO activity of group 1 is higher than that of group 2 significantly .The serum MAO activity increases with the decrease of the E 2 level.Conclusion:The climacteric depression symptom is correlated with the blood serum MAO activity. There is a negative correlativity between the blood serum MAO activity and the E 2 level of the climacteric women with depression symptom.
